Processing Time

All orders are packed with love and shipped within 7-14  business days of receiving your order. During busy periods or hot weather (when we may delay to protect heat-sensitive items), processing times may be slightly extended – but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within Australia only via tracked Australia Post services.

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate $10 – arrives in 7-14 business days

• Express Shipping: Flat rate $15 – arrives in 1–4 business days

Free standard shipping on all orders over $100.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

Local Pickup or Delivery

If you’re local to our small country town (NSW), contact us to ask about free local delivery or pickup options.

Packaging

We use recyclable or biodegradable packing materials wherever possible. Your order will be safely wrapped and sealed to prevent leaks or damage in transit.
