We want you (and your dog!) to love everything you buy from Sassie Lane. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind

As a small business selling handmade, hygiene-sensitive products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully and feel free to contact us if you have any questions before you order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [sassielane1@gmail.com]. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can sort it out quickly.

We may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • A refund

  • Or a store credit
    …depending on the situation.

Allergies or Sensitivities

Our products are made with gentle, natural ingredients, but dogs can react differently. We recommend a patch test before full use. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for individual reactions unless the product is proven faulty.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  2. Include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

  3. We’ll get back to you within 2–3 business days to resolve it.

Returns Address

If a return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.
